MyProfil app for iPhone and iPad

My Profil is a new system replacing the previous E-Belia system established by Institute for Youth Research Malaysia (IYRES) under Ministry Youth and Sports Malaysia.

The main objective of this system is to manage enumeration activities and any IYRES research program. Under the E-Belia system, the user can create a specific enumeration and research project, assign enumerator members and researchers, and generate and record reports and databases which are required by the IYRES team.

The idea of upgrading to the E-Belia System was started when the Jabatan Sukan Belia Negara (JBSN) team needed to implement an online system to manage their volunteers’ activities. Instead of starting to develop a new system, the E-Belia system was selected as a platform for the JBSN team to manage their volunteer program. Due to this reason, a new set of features which is called volunteer management was added to the E-Belia system. With this additional requirement, the IYRES team later decided to rename the system to My Profile System.

My Profile System project was introduced to upgrade the previous system by adding a new requirement on the existing system. Basically, the objectives of the project are:

New functions and processes in the enumeration program in the existing E-Belia System.
New function – Volunteer management.
More users and roles such as Sukarelawan, JBSN officer, Researcher etc.
Mobile apps platform for the user to access the system.
